This is next to Tokugawa’s tomb. I shot this picture through a stone lantern (cropped on the left because there is half a woman there).
Taken at Kunozan Toshogu, Shizuoka.
Cool shot, perhaps could use a slightly tighter crop to lose some of the top and bottom of the lantern? More 16:9 than 1:1 would be awesome.
I love the concept, it’s rather playful.
I’m not so sure it needs a further crop because I quite like seeing what the object is that we’re looking through.
It’s a shame you couldn’t have gotten more of the guy’s camera in the square.
